Lady Di's Lavender and Roses tea - a mild Earl Grey with slight bergamot and a hint of lavender and rose petals
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) (a herbal for infusion with or without other herbs) Actions: Sedative, anti spasmatic, anodyne, tranquillising. Treats intransigent insomnia for a restful sleep without narcotic hangover. Treat seizures, hysteria, neuralgia, shingles, asthma. 1 tsp to 1 cup water at night for insomnia, 2 cups day for other ailments. Infuse 8 mins. boiling water
Linden (lime) flower (Tilia sp.) (a herbal for infusion with or without other herbs) Actions: Nervine, anti-spasmodic, sedative, diaphoretic, diuretic, mild astringent. Use in fever, common flu and colds (with elderflower), raised blood pressure (with Hawthorn and Mistletoe) Use as prophylactic against arterioscleroses and hypertension. Infuse 1 tsp 10 min, 3 times a day
Red rosebuds (tiny) Used mainly for decorating your special tea, simply float a couple on top of your cuppa or use your imagination

Fenugreek (a herbal for infusion with or without other herbs) Actions: Expectorant, demulcent, Tonic, galactogogue : Infuse 1-1/2 tsp in boiling water, and cool and apply to wounds, sores boils, sores, fistulas and tumours. Take a cup for help with bronchitis and gargle to ease sore throats. Strong stimulator of milk in nursing mothers. Drink a cup 3 times a day and add aniseed to improve the taste
Ground Ginger (a concentrated powder suitable to adding ginger taste to cooking or beverages.) A little goes a long way. Actions: Anti-emetic, Carminative, Stimulant, carminative, rubefacient, diaphoretic, anti-spasmodic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory. Quarter tsp. in cup hot water. Sip slowly, don't burn the mouth with too much strength
